Hai Thien Synthetic Fiber Limited Company is founded in September 2016 and located in Hai Son Industry Zone in Duc Hoa District, Long An Province, Vietnam where is adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City and great convenient in transportation with its advantage location.Hai Thien's major products are White, Black and Colored recycled polyester staple fiber with dimension from 0.9 Denier to 15 Denier and fiber cut length from 28mm to 76mm. Our fibers are broadly applicable to ring-spinning, open end spinnging, non-woven fabrics and siliconed filling industry. We are able to produce customized dope-dyed fibers in accordance with customer's requirements. Our colored fibers are Eco-Friendly, gorgeous, evenly dyed and perfect fastness. Hai Thien owns an experienced and excellent technological team together with advanced equipments and favorable managment. With successive efforts, our products has gained the trusts and praises from customers. Our scale has rapidly enlarged from one production line in 2016 to two production lines now. The 2nd production line put into production in May 2018 and production capacity has increased from 1800 tons to 3000 tons per month. At the same time, to make raise in product quality, we focuse on every step in quality control process from sifting raw materials, technology require and production managment so as to ensure all products up to the standard. Our polyester staple fibers are mainly exported to different countries and regions in the world such as Europe, Asia, America and etc; meanwhile we are also supplying PSF in Vietnam local market.
